Key Responsibilities:



Concur expenses Business Central ERP Power BI report access Credit card reconciliation Budgeting and forecasts Tax remittance Client correspondence Invoice management AP and AR Attend Leadership meetings and present KPI updates for the business Quality control key client reports in advance Innovate and bring new improvements and automations wherever possible An entrepreneur story - get ready to wear lots of hats and learn the behind-the-scenes of a rapidly growing business Maintain accurate records in company systems and tracking tools Prepare reconciliation, comparing bank statements to internal records to identify and resolve discrepancies, ensuring financial data is accurate Provide the Leadership with the necessary reports when required Payroll preparation

Qualifications:



Strong data entry skills CPA or working towards CPA an asset 3-5 years of corporate and accounting experience Experience in Microsoft platforms is an asset. Specifically,

Business Central, Power BI*
Master of Excel Client-facing experience in customer service resolutions Strong pro-active communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Proficient in time management, tracking, and personal organization Capable of a high level of professionalism and discretion Experience in payroll is an asset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
