Roles and Responsibilities:
Process vendor invoices, employee expense claims, and credit card transactions
Prepare and issue timely payments and reconcile vendor accounts.
Communicate with both internal personnel and external vendors to resolve discrepancies
Ensure government remittances are processed and paid in accordance with guidelines
Ensure accurate GL entries
Assist with the month-end and year-end close processes by reconciling Bank and Credit Card accounts.
Maintain filing systems
Support the audit process by preparing documentation and schedules for external auditors.
Collaborate with the Controller to ensure timeliness and accuracy
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Experience with accounting/ERP systems
Strong Excel skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
