Account Supervisor

We want an energetic self-starter with a passion for advertising and brand building. As an Account Supervisor, you'll own the success of your accounts: building strong client relationships, delivering against strategy and creative vision, and driving growth for the agency. You'll ensure work is smart, integrated, and impactful while keeping the right resources in motion.

The right candidate is confident, solutions-oriented, and thrives under pressure. You react quickly and strategically to change, lead with clarity, and inspire trust with both clients and colleagues. What You'll Do

Build trusted client partnerships and lead day-to-day communications Run meetings and project milestones with clarity and confidence Anticipate challenges, manage priorities, and keep teams aligned Evaluate briefs and creative work, ensuring it stays strategic and on brand Bring competitive insights and fresh thinking to every project Explore how AI and emerging tools can responsibly elevate creativity and results Oversee timelines, assets, and deliverables with accuracy and quality control Support financial health with budgets, estimates, and cost tracking

What You Bring

5+ years of account management experience in a creative, media, or integrated agency Proven ability to manage multi-channel campaigns (broadcast, OLV, digital, social, non-traditional) Strong financial skills in budgeting, estimating, and cost management Clear communicator with leadership and presentation skills Organized, adaptable, and skilled at balancing competing priorities A collaborative team player who thrives under pressure Curiosity about AI and new tools, and how they can responsibly advance client work
