Our agency client is looking for an Account Supervisor to join their growing team! Working on a large scale client, you will get access to exceptional mentorship and growth opportunities, working on fully integrated campaigns. Responsibilities: Serve as the day-to-day contact for assigned clients, fostering strong relationships and understanding their business needs Collaborate with internal departments to execute on marketing and advertising campaigns (creative, strategy, media, production) Develop project briefs, timelines and budgets in collaboration with the broader account services team Assist in preparing proposals, presentations and campaign reports Track and manage budgets, vendor invoices, and client billing Stay informed about industry trends, client competitors, and new opportunities to add value Monitor project progress, ensuring deliverables meet client expectations, brand standards, and deadlines Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or certification in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related field 3-5 years of experience in an account management, marketing, or client service role (agency experience preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Passion for creative work and the advertising industry This role requires 3 days onsite in Toronto.
