What You'll Do:

Oversee the full-cycle Accounts Receivable (AR) process, including invoicing, payment application, and collections. Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payments and proactively follow up on outstanding balances. Reconcile AR ledgers to ensure all payments are accurately recorded and posted. Partner with project managers and internal teams to resolve billing issues and support financial reporting. Generate and distribute AR aging reports and assist with month-end close activities. Maintain precise records of AR transactions in Acumatica, ensuring compliance with company policies. Experience in T&M billings Support internal and external audits by preparing and providing necessary documentation. Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to automation initiatives. Other ad hoc duties as requested to support the Finance team.

What You Bring:

2-3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or a related finance role. Familiarity with Acumatica or similar ERP systems is a strong asset. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for working with clients and internal teams. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. A collaborative mindset and a drive for continuous improvement.
