Overview

High-Definition Concrete Ltd. is currently seeking an experienced and reliable

Account Receivable Clerk

to join our accounting team. High-Definition Concrete is a multigenerational concrete company privately owned and operated in the Greater Vancouver Area. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to manage invoices, collections, and account reconciliations efficiently.

Account Receivable Clerk

at High-Definition Concrete, your job responsibilities will consist of, but not be limited to, the following:

Key Responsibilities

Process and post customer payments accurately and promptly

Prepare and send invoices to clients

Monitor accounts receivable balances and follow up on overdue accounts

Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies

Assist with month-end closing and reporting activities

Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

Communicate effectively with customers and internal departments regarding billing inquiries

Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum

2 years of experience

in Accounts Receivable or a similar accounting role Good understanding of

accounting principles and financial processes

Proficiency in

Microsoft Excel

and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)

Strong English communication skills

, both written and verbal High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Compensation & Benefits

Competitive salary: CA$50,000 - CA$60,000 per year (depending on experience).

Vacation pay and statutory holiday pay (per ESA).

Schedule

Monday - Friday , Hybrid work arrangement (1-2 days per week required in office)

Standard 8-hour days with flexibility for site requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
