Overview

We are seeking an Account Director to join the Sales team here at Coreio to drive new business opportunities within new enterprise-level clients as well as expand our current scope of services within existing clients. Our service offerings, varying in scope across our lines of business, are all within the IT Infrastructure and Operations space for the enterprise-level market.

Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist with developing and implementing strategic sales objectives based on defined accounts in order to achieve corporate goals with focus on expanding business offerings including enterprise-scale IT Infrastructure and Operations services
  • Is proactive in identifying any new opportunities with clients and partners and ensuring these opportunities are presented to the appropriate Coreio Inc. lines of business and that the appropriate team members are involved. Ensure that all Coreio Inc. lines of business are coordinated on opportunities and that proper delivery to Client or partner is maintained.
  • Provide Sales support to new and existing Clients and the VP of Sales & Marketing; manage enquiries and resolve problems.
  • Determines customer needs in order to establish proper SLA\xe2\x80\x99s and price schedules with the team and marketing/vendor management.
  • Meets with key clients individually or with appropriate Coreio Inc. representatives, develop and maintain new and existing relationships, find and develop new Sales opportunities, negotiate and close deals.
  • Work with and monitor others on timely delivery and customer satisfaction from the various functional lines within Coreio Inc..
  • Develop and maintain vendor relationships relating to complex solutions and opportunities.
  • Coordinates with the VP of Sales & Marketing, regular sales team reviews and updates and strategic planning.
  • Works with the sales team and marketing to create necessary customer presentations around new and emerging services that Coreio offers.
  • Participate in and contribute to team sales meetings
  • Monitor and evaluate the activities and products of the competition
  • Inputs and manages opportunities within company CRM and forecasting tool
  • Achieves assigned revenue/margin targets on new and existing accounts
