Job Description


Working within MyKey Global Accommodations, you will be a part of an exciting, fast-growing technology-enhanced vendor management solution serving the insurance industry, helping people with emergency accommodations in times of need.

The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic self-starter who is eager to learn new our very own platform and help people in times of need. This is an important position within our corporate family. Duties of an Account Manager include:

  • Convert leads to bookings to meet or exceed conversion, margin, and revenue targets.
  • Provide immediate support to guests and policyholders with professionalism and compassion.
  • Assist callers with requested information or connect them with another Account Manager or Associate.
  • Update MyKey system with housing leads and solutions delivered.
  • Develop collaborative relationship with clients, colleagues, and partners (insurance adjusters).
  • Maintain and follow through on relationships with the guest and adjuster from initial lead to check-out and final invoicing.
  • Recommend efficiencies to streamline our processes and systems and support implementation of process improvements with your fellow OBASA team members.
  • On-Call Manager Rotation - 1 week every 2 months with a day off in lieu.
  • Other duties as assigned.
