Territory: Toronto, GTA and surrounding areas

Salary: $65,000-$75,000 base + commission

Our team is expanding, and we are seeking an energetic and driven Account Manager to build strong partnerships with natural health food stores and Food, Drug & Mass (FDM) accounts across Toronto and the GTA!


The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key retail accounts, driving sales, increasing distribution, and ensuring successful execution of promotional and merchandising initiatives. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, relationship management, and hands-on execution to deliver sales targets.

Duties & Responsibilities:



Manage a portfolio of Natural Health, Online Retailers and FDM retail accounts, ensuring strong business relationships and customer satisfaction. Conduct onsite retail visits based on call cycle Drive sales growth through new product placements, promotional execution, and expansion opportunities. Develop account-specific sales plans and promotional calendars in alignment with company objectives. Conduct regular business reviews with retail partners, analyzing performance and recommending growth strategies. Track competitive activity and market trends to identify new opportunities. Deliver on sales targets, distribution goals, and merchandising objectives. Maintain accurate reports with respect to sales, prospects and follow-up through our CRM; complete and submit the required administration/evaluation reports in a timely manner Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting through CRM and internal systems. Participate in corporate marketing activities such as conferences, trade shows, consumer shows, retail and trade events Provide product and brand education and coordinate store events Carry out responsibilities within approved budgets, procedures and policies Conduct product trainings for retail staff.

Required Skills & Experience:



Minimum 2 years B2B/outside sales experience, selling to Health accounts. Post-secondary education is preferred. Ability to drive sales with great results and invent new ways to grow business within the territory. Excellent computer skills including MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint); CRM and syndicated data (e.g., Nielsen, SPINS IRI) is an asset. Fast thinking, adaptable, with a strong and vivid imagination and outside the box thinking A result-oriented individual with a proven track record of sales success Great communication skills, smart thinking and hungry for success Ability to interpret information and provide consultation and expert advice to customers and management. Strong financial and analytical skills, with experience managing trade spend and category management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Must possess a valid driver's license and own vehicle
