We are seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our team at S.E.A. Consulting. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and managing client relationships within the manufacturing sector. Your contributions will be vital in helping us achieve our mission of delivering exceptional consulting services.
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and market research.
Manage existing client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to align services with client requirements.
Analyze market trends to identify potential areas for growth.
Requirements
Proven experience in outside sales or business development, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
Strong account management skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales successfully.
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is a plus.
Demonstrated leadership qualities and ability to work independently.
