Overview


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth through effective B2B sales strategies and relationship management. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance their operations.

Duties



Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential leads and business opportunities. Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing accounts, and reporting on performance metrics. Create and deliver compelling presentations that effectively communicate product benefits and value propositions. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maximize profitability while meeting client expectations. Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Lead initiatives to enhance account management processes and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements



must have dental background as this is a surgical sales role

Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in an outside sales capacity. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences. Demonstrated ability in business development and account management. Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing client relationships. Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and make data-driven decisions. Leadership qualities that inspire collaboration within the team and drive results. A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on achieving sales targets. Pay: $70,000.00-$142,977.72 per year
