Duties

Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Utilize Salesforce for tracking leads, managing accounts, and reporting on sales performance. Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and enhance brand visibility in the marketplace. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups and account management. Provide leadership within the team by sharing best practices and mentoring junior sales staff.

Requirements

Proven experience in B2B sales with a track record of successful negotiations and closing deals. Strong business development skills with the ability to identify new market opportunities. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively. Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships effectively. Strong analytical skills to assess market data and make informed decisions.
