About the Job
As an Account Manager on our Agency Sales team, you'll be the strategic lead for a portfolio of Agency Channel Partners -- from onboarding new partners to supporting long-standing relationships. Your mission is to empower their success by providing data-backed insights, training, and ongoing support that helps them unlock the full value of Vendasta's platform, proprietary solutions, and third-party marketplace tools.
You'll use a mix of consultative selling, relationship management, and AI-enhanced workflows to drive partner growth, ensure retention, and spot opportunities for expansion. Whether guiding a partner through onboarding or recommending automation strategies powered by our platform, you'll act as a trusted advisor who understands their business challenges and provides meaningful solutions.
