Job Description

Robert Half is seeking Account Executives/Managers to join our talent roster! We regularly hire for Account Managers for numerous opportunities with contracts vary from 2 months to 1 year in duration. These positions may be remote, hybrid or onsite in the Toronto or Greater Toronto Area.

Duties Include:
- Communicating with clients to understand their marketing and/or advertising needs and explain product value.
- Building relationships with clients based on trust and respect.
- Manage the production of Broadcast, OOH, Print, Digital and/or Internal Communications
- Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment.
- Collecting and analyzing data to learn more about consumer behavior.
- Work on major campaigns including, but not limited to, paid/organic social media, email marketing, web banners, radio, television, OOH, and etc.
- Working with the Project Management team to lead projects from start to finish including timeline development and agency resource management

- We\'re looking for candidates with 2-7 years of experience
- Prior Advertising/Marketing Agency experience is an asset
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Experience working on Project Management tools ie. WorkFront, Jira, MS Project, Asana, etc.
- Understanding of Creative design programs is an asset. Ie. Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), Premiere Pro, AfterEffects, Adobe XD, Figma, and etc.
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with leading a team
- Experience with working with design and production teams
