- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the market
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential growth areas
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery
- Provide regular updates and reports on account status and sales activities
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns Experience:
- Proven experience in account management or business development roles with Travel Industry, prefer Travel Agencies or OTA, Hotel Chains
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiar with Social Media Advertising, Tik Tok, RED, WeChat etc
