Key Responsibilities

Develop and Manage a Portfolio:

Build your own book of business through B2B cold calling and relationship development.

Identify Opportunities:

Secure new clients, negotiate contracts, and drive revenue growth with tailored freight solutions.

Client Engagement:

Understand customer challenges and deliver strategic, cost-effective shipping solutions.

Drive Growth:

Expand your client base and build long-term partnerships by delivering consistent value and service.

Business Prospecting:

Continuously identify new business opportunities through proactive outreach.

Rate Negotiation:

Work with carriers to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

What We're Looking For

Education & Experience:

Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in sales, logistics, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, Word, and CRM tools.

Attention to Detail:

Strong organizational skills and a focus on accuracy.

Client-Focused:

Ability to build strong relationships and deliver top-tier service.
