WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

As an Account Executive at BIMM, you will act as the primary contact, managing and coordinating agency resources to ensure all day-to-day client needs are met and all assigned projects are completed smoothly. The ideal candidate for this role is a motivated and energetic individual who possesses strong organizational skills, takes initiative, enjoys finding solutions, is detail-oriented, and takes extreme pride in their work. The incumbent is also a team player who takes on a servant leadership leadership approach in their day-to-day interactions. Lastly, the ideal candidate is also curious about building personalized customer experiences for the clients they work on and is keen to learn more about connecting data-driven marketing to all aspects of the marketing funnel.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support cross functionally with various clients. Supporting across different industries and streams of marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Fulfill daily client requests, ensuring all assigned projects are executed to plan, on time and on budget
  • Keep client and account team updated on the status of account activities
  • Act as an internal contact for account needs
  • Possess a top line understanding of the client\xe2\x80\x99s business and competitive environment
  • Maintain competitive tracking/reviews and provide POVs, when required
  • Develop a positive and partnering relationship with all clients and agency partners
  • Initiate and coordinate the production process schedule
  • Oversee the accuracy and quality of the agency product
  • Work effectively with an interdisciplinary agency team
  • Produce communication materials (contact and status reports, etc.)
  • Develop work-back schedules, critical paths and scopes with Project Manager for each project
  • Develop and assist in writing effective briefs, under the supervision of the Account Supervisor
  • Provide daily maintenance of the billing and budgeting process
  • Handle all meeting details, e.g., scheduling, arranging rooms, taking minutes, contact reports
  • Assemble and collate presentations and marketing plans
  • Assist with building a positive agency culture
REQUIREMENTS
Must have:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an Account Coordinator/Executive role or similar in an agency setting
  • Strong client service orientation
  • High quality assurance standards
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to multi-task and set priorities (manage a high volume of projects at once)
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
  • Superior organizational and time management skills, with meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to design and deliver presentations
  • Passionate about driving results with clients
Nice to have:
  • Experience working with multiple agency partners
  • Agency experience in Brand marketing
  • Knowledge of Broadcast television, OOH, DM, and targeted digital marketing
  • Agency experience in CRM and digital marketing an asset
  • Post-secondary education in Marketing/Advertising or related discipline
