Your Mission

As an Account Executive, you will be one of the primary growth drivers of the company and will continue to open the North American market by identifying, targeting, and closing new business. You are directly responsible for creating your own pipeline and carrying an individual sales quota, and you will also have support from SDRs and the Marketing team to help drive qualified leads. We believe in flexibility, so we have a hybrid working policy with an office in downtown Toronto.

  • Identify and qualify new opportunities and prospects by phone, email, LinkedIn, and other applicable channels.
  • Manage and complete the end-to-end sales cycle from cold outreach, scheduling and facilitating product demonstrations, to negotiating the contract and closing the deal
  • Use a value-oriented, consultative sales approach and become an industry expert in the field of corporate philanthropy and social impact
  • Independently manage your sales cycle and pipeline with multiple prospects with our technology stack, including Hubspot, Gong, and more
  • Collaborate with other teams including Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and more
  • Participate in strategic thinking and market analysis

Your Profile
  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience managing the full sales cycle (prospecting to closing)
  • Carried an individual quota and have a strong track record of sourcing and building your own pipeline and closing new logos
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and must be comfortable explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Entrepreneurial, hands on, ambitious, and resilient
  • Deeply empathetic and are able to easily foster connections with people
  • Genuinely curious, crave feedback, and are excited about learning in a fast paced environment.
What would make you really stand out
  • SaaS experience or experience selling into Fortune 500 companies
  • Familiarity with using CRM(e.g. Hubspot) and/or other tools (e.g. Gong, etc)
  • Experience in the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Corporate Philanthropy, Sponsorship, or Community Investment industry
  • Experience in a fast-paced, hyper growth, and scale-up environment
  • Metrics driven and comfortable with managing, and ideally creating RFPs, spreadsheets, and more
