About the Role



Applauz seeks a high-energy, results-oriented Account Executive. This hunter role for our Mid-Market segment (150-999 employees) concentrates on top-performing outbound prospecting. You'll be responsible for sales targets, refining strategies, and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. In this unique role, you will also be responsible for maturing in-bound leads from our marketing channels, to support your overall efforts in growing your territory.

Responsibilities



Individual Sales Performance:



Consistently exceed individual sales quotas through prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing deals. Maintain an average close-win rate above 25% on qualified leads. Build strong relationships with clients and identify their needs to deliver consultative solutions. Deliver exceptional presentations and product demonstrations. Identify and qualify new business opportunities. Initiate successful sales cycles through effective negotiation, communication, and presentations. Stay abreast of market trends and competitor activity, adapting strategies accordingly. Experience selling to HR professionals or decision-makers in mid-market companies is highly preferred Proven ability to manage and forecast a sales pipeline with longer sales cycles and higher deal values Develop strategic account plans and conduct regular business reviews to ensure client satisfaction and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities

Qualifications:



3+ years of Mid-Market Account Executive experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals. Strong understanding of SaaS sales methodologies and the ability to adapt to changing market dynamics. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Deep understanding of HR technology and employee engagement. Passion for building a positive and collaborative work environment. Data-driven and analytical approach to sales performance. Fluent French is a great addition Experience utilizing Sales Enablement Tools (Ex. Hubspot/LinkedIn Sales Navigator/Lusha)

Pay: $85,000.00-$220,000.00 per year
