Job Description

On target income (OTI) is composed of your base salary + commission/bonus structure. OTI is a forecast of your potential earnings for the role.Our client is a leading network systems integrator and national IP infrastructure company providing network systems planning, integration, installation, and support services across Canada.About the role:

• Acquire net new logos - prospect targeted customers through cold calling and referrals
• Ensure customer satisfaction post-sale
• Utilize sales management tools for sales planning and documenting opportunities
• Develop and grow product knowledge through training provided by Activo
• Work on deals ranging from $50K to $300K
• Sales cycles - 3-6 months on average
• Sell to Director / Manager level - IT, Facilities, Infrastructure etc

About you:

• Minimum 4+ years of full cycle hunting B2B sales experience
• Technically savvy with experience selling physical security, access control, WIFI, AV, Cabling infrastructure, Microsoft Teams, Managed Services
• Experience speaking to decision makers at the director level
• Growth mindset with the desire to advance in an organization
• Ability to travel to potential clients

What\'s in it for you:

• Minimum base salary starting at $90,000 with a range above depending on experience
• Commissions paid monthly, with an OTE expectation of at least $180,000
• Additional annual bonus structure based on company-wide performance
• $700/month car allowance
