What You'll Be Doing

Dial daily -- reach decision-makers, pitch value, and close. Build and manage your own portfolio of shipping clients. Source carriers, quote shipments, and negotiate rates. Own every part of the sales process -- from prospecting to delivery follow-up. Hit performance metrics that keep you on track and growing.

Cold calling is a core part of the role early on. The faster you build relationships, the faster you level up.

What You Bring to the Table

Relentless drive and a serious work ethic. Confidence to make 100+ outbound calls per day. Competitive energy and a results-first mindset. Great communication and the ability to earn trust fast. Sales or customer service experience is helpful -- but not required. Eagerness to learn, grow, and own your career.
