As we continue to grow, we are looking for an Account Executive to join our team.
About the role
As Account Executive you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction with the services offered. This role bridges technical expertise and sales strategy, requiring both interpersonal and IT industry knowledge. Our preference is for an accomplished enterprise technology seller with a demonstrated ability to sell cloud services, consulting services, and/or managed services.
What you'll do
• Cultivate new business and grow sales in existing accounts
• Successfully manage sales opportunities from start to finish
• Manage both internal and partner resources throughout the sales process
• Drive target sales volumes and achieve assigned objectives
• Confidently present to a C-level audience
• Engage face-to-face with clients regularly in-person, or virtually
• Help manage RFP responses and Statements of Work (SOWs)
What we're looking for
• 4 years or more of experience selling IT infrastructure solutions, consulting, and managed services involving Microsoft solutions, cloud solutions, and/or managed IT solutions.
• A proven track record of surpassing quotas and the ability to "close" deals effectively.
• Rapid acquisition of sales-level knowledge of new technologies.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft technology, experience as a professional services or managed services consultant, Microsoft licensing sales experience, custom development sales experience with both professional services and management services, and established relationships with IT leaders across Canada.
