- Achieving targets related to new business accounts, retention, and renewal
- Enter required information to EPIC to create weekly reports
- Fostering the relationship with underwriters
- Create and present sales strategy annually
- Assist account managers in creating client documents such as proposals
- Foster teamwork by including account managers on client communications
- Level 1 or 2 BC insurance license
- Experience with EPIC
- Strong communication skills
- Motivation to achieve targets
