Job Description

On target income (OTI) is composed of your base salary + commission/bonus structure. OTI is a forecast of your potential earnings for the role.
This Canadian company has over three decades of industry expertise and is dedicated to building strong communities and providing them with great telecommunications services, including high-speed internet, private networking, and cloud connectivity. All of their services are supported by their own expansive fibre-optic infrastructure across Toronto, Montreal, and most recently Vancouver, reaching thousands of commercial and residential locations through a fully-owned network.
As part of their continued major growth in the past year, they are seeking an Account Development Representative (Hybrid - Toronto) who will focus on identifying and bringing on new customers and growing those accounts, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.

• Creators, owners, and operators of the largest independent fibre network in Toronto and Montreal, with recent expansion into the Vancouver market.
• In 2022, they made a strategic acquisition to significantly enhance their offerings and expand their footprint in Canada, bolstering their client base and ability to deliver high-performance solutions.

About You

• A university degree or college diploma (open to new graduates).
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in sales Alternatively, a demonstrated ability to manage high-volume activity and fast-paced work, preferably gained through previous customer service or sales roles (call centre, hospitality, restaurant, retail, etc.).
• Strong interpersonal and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Skilled in building relationships and providing excellent service.
• Able to spend time in their office near Liberty Village neighbourhood (hybrid).

• Work environment: 3 days per week in a modern yet character-rich office in Toronto's beautiful Liberty Village neighbourhood (4 days while training)
• Compensation: $55K salary, $85K on-target earnings (uncapped)
• Paid time off: 2 weeks + 10 sick days and 5 personal days
