Job Description

As an Account Development Manager, you will maintain an existing customer base with a large focus on new account development for the South Shore area of Montreal, Boucherville, and surrounding areas. You will report to the Regional Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve the sales goals of your territory.

• Ensure the growth and development of your territory.

• Maintain the market (visits to clients and construction sites).

• Prospect to find new customers.

• Negotiate prices and discounts.

• Make technical recommendations.

• Ensure that a high level of technical knowledge of the products is maintained.

Qualifications

• College diploma with a focus on administration, however, relevant experience can compensate for the lack of desired training.

• Knowledge in the field of painting.

• Fluency in French; English is an asset.

• Minimum experience of 2 years, ideally in the representation of technical products or concerning the field of painting or construction contractors.

• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office environment.

• Organizational skills and a good sense of autonomy.

• Strong sense of leadership, creativity, initiative and a strong ability to work in a team.
