Your Impact at PLATFORM

The successful candidate will assist our Real Estate Industry Group with a variety of tasks. We are looking for professionals who want to join an exciting, fast paced environment with a strong learning culture and a focus on overall development.

Provided overall administrative support to the Real Estate Industry Group Execute certificates of insurance as requested by clients within the agreed upon service commitments Coordinate the set up of client information in CS24, EPIC, and any other system as required Update / maintain Statement of Values as required with renewal information or mid-term changes Perform mid-term changes as requested/required by the client with direction from Account Management team Use Insurer portals to obtain documents Request policy changes to insurance companies with direction from Account Management team Ensure all activities, documents and correspondence are correct and inputted into EPIC Review and invoice all endorsements consistent with PLATFORMS rules and procedures Prepare renewal materials including schedules, submissions, applications and renewal comparisons Provide support to team by checking policy documents for accuracy and completeness Execute the issuance of renewal certificates, liability cards, invoices, premium finance contracts, and all other relevant/required documentation within 5 days of renewal order. Request loss runs from Insurers as required Check EPIC unrouted attachments

Education, Experience & Qualifications

RIBO Level 1 License or working towards Knowledge of Applied Systems EPIC Broker Management System is preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Team orientation with strong interpersonal skills Possess excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft suite of products (Word, Excel, etc.)
