Position Summary:
Abrielle is looking for a talented and motivated
Part-Time Line Cook
to join our brunch team. The ideal candidate has strong culinary fundamentals, a positive attitude, and the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity for cooks who want to work in a professional kitchen and be part of a collaborative and creative team.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and execute brunch dishes to the highest standard of quality and consistency
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow recipes, plating guides, and direction from the chef team
Assist in prep work and mise en place for service
Uphold food safety and sanitation standards
Work efficiently and communicate effectively with the team
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 year of kitchen experience (brunch experience is an asset)
Strong knife skills and understanding of basic cooking techniques
Team-oriented, punctual, and professional attitude
Availability on weekends and holidays
Passion for food, learning, and growth in a fine dining environment
