Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated ABA Therapist to join our team in providing specialized behavioral therapy to children with developmental and behavioral challenges. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to implement individualized treatment plans based on Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) principles supervised by RBA (BCBA) professional. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children's lives while developing valuable skills in pediatric care and case management.

Duties

Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and treatment strategies accordingly with RBA directions. Collaborate with families, teachers, and healthcare professionals to ensure consistency across environments Maintain detailed documentation of therapy sessions, and progress notes. Assist in developing behavioural goals and intervention strategies aligned with research and best practices Support children during sessions, promoting positive behaviours and skill acquisition Participate in team meetings to review client progress and plan future interventions Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a professional, patient-centered approach

Requirements

Experience working with children, preferably in pediatric or special education settings Knowledge of research-based ABA techniques and data collection methods Familiarity with medical terminology, case management, and patient care practices is a plus Background in pediatrics experience. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with families and team members Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting children's development Ability to adhere to confidentiality standards and ethical guidelines in healthcare settings
