Description

Are you a motivated 3rd or 4th year Plumbing Apprentice ready to grow your skills with a dynamic and supportive team? We're looking for an apprentice with experience in residential Hydronic, Furnace, and Air Conditioning systems who's eager to take the next step. In this role, you'll take on troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing Hydronic and HVAC systems from start to finish, building confidence and ensuring our customers' comfort at home.

Duties & Responsibilities

This position will include, but not be limited to the following:

Visit customers' homes with Journeyperson to assist in all working including installations and service calls Deliver exceptional customer service with every interaction, creating positive and lasting impressions. Build and maintain strong internal customer relationships while managing your time and resources effectively. Keep your service/install vehicle well-stocked and clean, ensuring you're always ready for the next job. Demonstrate dependability, reliability, and punctuality in all aspects of your work. Thrive both independently and as part of a team, working efficiently with or without supervision.

Required Skills/Abilities

3rd or 4th year Apprentice in a relevant HVAC and/or Hydronics trade required Highly self-sufficient with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Physically fit and capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds. A clean driver's abstract demonstrating responsible driving habits. A clean police check ensuring trustworthiness and reliability. Mandatory 3+ years of experience with a Class 5 Driver's License. Enthusiastic about continuous learning with ongoing training provided.

Pay: $30.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
