Job Description
Seeking a Civil Litigator with 1-3 years\' experience for a national law firm that handles various interesting and dynamic areas of litigation. This firm is looking to hire quickly. Whether you are at the beginning of your career or have been at it for a few years, this is the position for you.
Experience should include:
- At least one solid year of litigating civil cases (3 years would be highly favored)
- Representing clients in civil cases, trials, hearings, negotiations and mediations
- Strategizing and collaborating to conduct appropriate research and analysis on cases
- Ability to manage complex cases
- Appearances in various levels of court
- Strong knowledge of Civil Litigation Procedures
- Ability to run caseloads from beginning to end
- JD from a reputable institution and in good standing with the Law Society of Saskatchewan
