Seeking a 2nd Cook/General Helper to join the camp services team in the YK. If you are someone who takes pride in their work, always does what needs to be done and loves the thrill and sense of accomplishment that comes with taking on new and meaningful work, then this role is for you. Responsibilities:

• Ensure meals are prepared and severed to the highest standard
• Support kitchen operations in a professional manner
• Knowledgeable with the equipment that you are required to use in a safe manner
• Kitchen, general equipment, and facility clean up (table, floors, etc.)
• Inspect food and equipment on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
• Leave your workplace in a clean and tidy manner
• Other duties as assigned by management from time to time

Qualifications/Skills:

• Completion of a college or other post-secondary program in cooking
• The successful candidate must hold a valid food safety certificate
• 2-3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience as 2nd cook in the hotel/restaurant industry
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Professional communication skills, oral, and written
• Work well under pressure

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
