ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS (Knowledge, Skill and Experience)
Undergraduate degree from a health science related discipline required, BScN preferred.
Masters prepared from an accredited University, Nursing-related discipline preferred.
Member in good standing, with a current Certificate of Registration, with the College of Nurses of Ontario
Member of Professional Organization i.e. RNAO
5-7 years of clinical experience
3-5 years of leadership experience in healthcare
