Be returning back to school after the work term end-date of August 2026 ; or
If you are not returning back to school (i.e. are graduating in December 2025 or August 2026), you must require the full 8-months work term as a mandatory component to in order to graduate successfully.

We are seeking a talented and motivated Data Analyst to join the Customer Data Management team as part of the Early Data Talent Program. As part of the team, you will receive excellent opportunities to gain hands-on experience with real-world business problems, be challenged to resolve complex tasks, and provided with valuable on-the-job trainings. What will you do?
Developing reports and dashboards using Tableau, SQL, SAS or Python to communicate insights to stakeholders
Ensuring the scalability of reporting across various products, channels, and time
Applying analytical and critical thinking skills to drive business outcomes
Collaborating with team members and key stakeholders to ensure reporting is developed accurately and on time
Presenting findings and results through PowerPoint and public speaking
Regular maintenance of web-based report repository to ensure report and dashboard links are updated and new contents are uploaded
What do you need to succeed?
Must have
Knowledge of MS Office Suite,
Knowledge of a programming language such as Python, SAS, Scala, or Tableau
Solid technical and analytical skills with strong problem-solving ability
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly motivated self-starter and team player
Nice-to-have:
Relevant experience in financial reporting and dashboard design
Experience in financial services industry with broad understanding of marketing, product management, sales, finance, pricing and risk management
