Please note:

This posting is for a 8-months Winter 2026 Student placement with a start date of January 2026 and end date of August 2026. In order to be eligible for this 8-month Student position, you must either:

Be returning back to school after the work term end-date of August 2026 ; or If you are not returning back to school (i.e. are graduating in December 2025 or August 2026), you must require the full 8-months work term as a mandatory component to in order to graduate successfully.

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Program Management Intern to join the Data Community of Practice Team. As a team member, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting upskilling projects, collaborate with our experienced team members, and contribute to the growth and success of our organization. What will you do?



Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of upskilling and community of practice programs Support the development of program materials, including presentations, reports, and intranet blog posts Apply a design mindset to redesigning and creating intranet pages to create a more user-friendly experience Help facilitate communication and collaboration among program stakeholders, including participants, instructors, and partners Assist in the evaluation and assessment of program effectiveness, including data collection and analysis Maintain and update our intranet site using HTML, ensuring that all program information is accurate and up-to-date

What do you need to succeed?



Must have



Knowledge of HTML, with experience in maintaining and updating websites or intranet sites Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Highly motivated self-starter and team player

Nice-to-have:



Knowledge of website design and graphic design, with experience in creating visual content
