Job Summary

Within Personal and Commercial Banking, Operations Enablement & Integration (OE&I) is one of the leading areas in Banking Operations that is evolving how we help our clients thrive and communities prosper. The team is trusted advisors to our National Office partners, Operations Centre teams, and Distribution Channels and integrates business strategies that enable our teams to enhance the client experience, drive business outcomes, and deliver operational efficiencies.

• Update internal websites (RBC Connect) and create content to promote those sites and increase awareness
• Assist in recording, editing and publishing of videos and podcasts
• Support the development of employee engagement activities
• Assist in adhoc communications with planning townhalls or other events
• Contribute to opportunities for process improvement \xe2\x80\x8b
