Overview:

By joining the team, your role will be to contact clients of Canada's largest telecommunications company. Thanks to your friendly personality and excellent listening skills, you will have the opportunity to discuss and offer customers support based on their needs related to wireless devices and technology.

  • Available to work full time according to the following schedule:
  • Mondat to Friday 10am till 7:30pm EST;
  • Saturday - 9am till 6pm EST;
  • Sunday - 9am till 5pm EST;
  • This position offer the possibility to work from home, but you can also work on-site according to your preference.
  • Eligibility criteria:
  • Must have a minimum of 25 MBPS high speed internet;
  • Must have a secure space and not be disturbed during your shift.
  • Candidates must reside near the Nordia Toronto location centre to be able to come to pick up their equipment before the training or travel there, if necessary.
Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
  • Make outgoing calls and respond to customer requests related to various mobility products and services;
  • Build trust and loyalty by offering solutions tailored to the customer's situation;
  • Promote complementary solutions according to the needs and habits discussed with the client;
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or the equivalent completed;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - You know how to bond with customers!
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously in a computerized environment;
  • Strong interest in technologies;
  • Experience in sales or customer service, an important asset!
Finally, a flexible schedule is essential. We must be able to serve customers when they need us (daytime, evenings or weekends) - that's what customer service is all about!
