The Pastry Chef will be responsible for leading a multifaceted pastry team and will have a high quality volume background, Casino, or hotel lines. Our pastry shop is fully equipped for the requirements of a passionate and experienced Pastry Chef. We have 10 revenue generating outlets averaging a service of 35,000 covers a week. We have a staff restaurant and three staff lounges and three player complimentary lounges averaging 15,000 covers a week. A total of approximately 50,000 covers a week.
