Analyze the risks of income loss using different tools and working methods;
Recover unpaid balances through information, negotiation, and evaluation of payment options while respecting company procedures and policies;
Document discussion and update accounts receivable information;
At all times, respects the high level of ethics and quality expected on call and necessary to maintain the business relationship with customers
Qualifications
Bilingualism (French and English), oral and written;
High school diploma, completed;
Excellent negociation skills;
Abide by rules and procedures set in place;
Ability to work in a computerized environment and to perform various tasks simultaneously;
Previous collection experience, an asset;
Training start date: November 21st
