We are currently looking for Customer Service Representatives who will assist the clients of Canada\'s largest telecommunication company regarding their prepaid services and offer them first-level technical support.

What we offer:

  • Hourly wage of $18.75 (including a $1.00 premium per hour worked and a $3 Bilingual premium);
  • Performance-based incentive plan;

  • Availability to work in the following time-slots:
  • Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 12:00 am EST;
  • Saturday from 7:30 am to 9:00 pm EST;
  • Sunday from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm EST;
  • This position offer the possibility to work from home, but you can also work on-site according to your preference.
  • Eligibility criteria:
  • Must have a minimum of 25 MBPS high speed internet;
  • Must have a secure space and not be disturbed during your shift.
  • Candidates must reside near the Nordia Moncton location centre to be able to come to pick up their equipment before the training or travel there, if necessary.
Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:
  • Provide direct support to clients regarding their mobile products and services;
  • Increase customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing solutions adapted to the problems expressed;
  • Promote complementary solutions according to customer\'s needs and habits.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a sales and customer service environment;
  • Excellent communication skills, oral and written;
  • High school diploma or the equivalent, completed;
  • Bilingual (English and French);
  • Ability to work in a computerized environment;
  • You must be able to work from home (an asset). You can discuss this in more detail with our recruitment team.
  • Finally, a flexible schedule is key. We have to be able to serve customers when they need us (during the day, evening, or weekends) \xe2\x80\x93 that\'s what customer service is about!
