Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Provide direct support to clients regarding their mobile products and services;
- Increase customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing solutions adapted to the problems expressed;
- Promote complementary solutions according to customer\'s needs and habits.
- Previous experience in a sales and customer service environment;
- Excellent communication skills, oral and written;
- High school diploma or the equivalent, completed;
- Bilingual (English and French);
- Ability to work in a computerized environment;
- You must be able to work from home (an asset). You can discuss this in more detail with our recruitment team.
