Role:

Our client is currently seeking an experienced #101087 Business Analyst (Contract) starting on or around November 2022 for a 6-month contract with possibility of extension at client's discretion. The work may be completed remotely but the resource must reside in Canada for the duration of the project. The ideal candidate will have 8 years' BA experience utilizing Agile methodology, translating business requirements to technical requirements (5yrs), identifying/analyzing business data, creating flowcharts/diagrams (5 yrs), and coordinating User Acceptance Testing processes. Previous experience (5 yrs) with ERP integration projects (i.e., SAP/SuccessFactors), and supporting ERP software upgrades and releases would be a strong asset. All candidates must be legally entitled to work in Canada.

Mandatory requirements:

  • 5 years' experience in the development of project documents for a wide variety of initiatives and projects (strategic, business improvement, information technology, etc.).
  • 5 years' experience working within an agile development environment.
  • 5 years' experience working within ERP solutions, including SAP/S4Hana and SuccessFactors, in 1 or more of the items listed below
  • SAP Time Evaluation and Workflow
  • SAP Payroll Configuration
  • SAP Query
  • Understand SF position management and replication, Workflow reroutes
  • SF recruitment and Onboarding
  • Scheduling/Time Rostering
Desirable requirement (Nice to Have):
  • 5 years' experience in make decisions and recommendations on highly technical or complex issues and without formal guidelines or precedents and exercises resourcefulness and ingenuity to interpret policy.
  • 5 years' experience in lead and/or coordinate User Acceptance Testing processes on large, complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
  • 5 years' experience in supporting ERP software upgrades and releases
  • 5 years' experience in facilitating meetings and communicating with senior management and project stakeholders.
  • 5 years' experience with development and implementation of content management, document management, records management, information management processes in applications.
  • 5 years' experience using reporting tools to build queries to support impact analysis and knowledge transfer to others.
  • 5 years' experience in ticket resolution, working with clients, etc.
  • 5 years' experience updating operational manuals with repeatable steps.
Education (Must Have one of the following combinations):
  • University Degree + 4yrs Technical Business Analyst (BA) experience; OR 2-yr diploma + 6yrs BA experience; OR Certificate + 7yrs BA experience; OR 8yrs BA experience.
