Technical Business Analyst (contract)

Description:

Our client in the agricultural industry, located in Calgary, is seeking a talented Technical Business Analyst for a three (3) month contract employment term to assist with application readiness requirements for their Cloud Endpoint Management & Windows 11 upgrade. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Intune management as it relates to Application Management and Group Policy migration. aTechnical Business Analyst candidates must have proven experience with application rationalization and be comfortable leading conversations with all levels of project stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Work with application owners and end users to prioritize and rationalize current applications in the environment.
• Determine current state and suggest future state for all applications.
• Assist with end user support for daily operations as assigned by the Senior Manager, IT services.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with application rationalization in a global enterprise environment.
• Familiarity with moving group policy to Intune is considered an asset.
• Experience in IT service management such as a help desk, or project related support.
• 5-7 years of experience working in IT.
• Experience with Windows 11 upgrades considered an asset.
• Computer Science diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Must be eligible to work in Canada.
