Qualifications
-Current Certificate of Competence from College of Nurses of Ontario.
-Current CPR Certificate.
-Perioperative Nursing Graduate Certificate mandatory.
-Minimum two years' recent experience OR Nursing within the past 5 years with experience in the following areas: Circulating Role, First Scrub Role and Assisting Anaesthetist Role.
-Documented commitment to continuing education through inservice, staff meetings and self-motivated learning.
-Satisfactory performance appraisal in current position.
-Satisfactory attendance for internal applicants
-Commitment to Patient Care & Safety and Service Excellence.
-Satisfactory vulnerable person's sector criminal background check.
