We are hiring immediately for the role of Youth Support Worker 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM Monday - Friday

• 1:1 Support of a young mom and her toddler
• Act as a role model to the child and the mom
• Teach and assist the individual with activities such as hygiene, basic cooking, money management, shopping, safety skills, parenting skills etc.
• Facilitate physical, recreational, educational, social, and vocational activities
• Accompany and/or transport individuals to activities and appointments as required
• Fill out daily logs/paperwork and report to supervisors and team leads
• Support client in becoming self-sufficient and independent
• Administer medication to individuals in line with our procedures and policies

• ASK
• Valid driver\'s license and insurance preferred
• Driver\'s Abstract/Criminal Record Check/Social Development Check/Personal Endorsement required
• Must be able to work with/around pets i.e., dogs and cats
