Youth Soccer Coaches

to join our

non-competitive, co-ed soccer program

in

Panorama Hills NW

this summer!

This is a developmental program focused on

fun, learning, and building confidence

--perfect for anyone who loves the beautiful game and wants to share that passion with young players.

What You'll Do:

Lead practices twice a week (Tuesdays & Thursdays, 6:30-8:30 PM) Organize and run FUN engaging, age-appropriate drills Foster a positive environment Communicate with parents and provide feedback on player development Follow our coaching curriculum focused on skills and enjoyment Support kids in building confidence, teamwork, and a love for soccer while having FUN playing with them

Who You Are:

Passionate about working with children Have soccer experience as a player, coach, or volunteer Reliable, energetic, and outgoing Able to commit to scheduled hours through July and August Strong communicator with great interpersonal skills Have access to reliable transportation (having a car is a plus) Willing to provide a clean Police Check upon request Ability to educate players effectively while maintaining a supportive environment. Excellent communication skills to interact with players of all ages. Experience in working with youth athletes is a plus.

Bonus (but not required):

Previous experience coaching kids Coaching certifications Background in physical education or youth programs

Pay Rate:

$18-$22/hr

based on experience (we provide training if needed!)
