The coordinator encourages and promotes a supportive environment for at-risk youth to address barriers they may be experiencing. The coordinator works in cooperation with volunteers, youth serving organizations and other groups and organizations in the community to determine the needs of youth and develop strategies to address the identified Needs.Desired qualifications/education
