Provide one-on-one support to youth throughout their job placements
Build strong relationships with inclusive employers and match youth with meaningful work experience
Handle all program logistics including intakes, reimbursements, and participant files
Promote the program through outreach and community engagement (you'll be the face of YYC!)
Who You Are

You're self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing a program on your own
You enjoy making cold calls and connecting with employers and community partners
You're creative, flexible, and comfortable adjusting to meet participant needs
You are reliable, dependable and enjoy working independently without micromanagement
You believe in youth potential and inclusive employment
Bonus if you have:
Experience working with youth or people with disabilities
