Previous experience working with children Knowledge of Early Childhood Education and development, acquired through a Degree/Diploma in ECE (and registered with the College of Early Childhood Educators), OR acquired in conjunction with other related post-secondary degree/diploma as approved by the Ministry of Education. Example: Recreation and Leisure, Child and Youth Worker, Bachelor of Education and registered with the Ontario Teachers College. Knowledge of and demonstrated experience in the area of Early Childhood Education and development. Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with staff, parents, children, and the public.
