Short Description

The Equipment Coordinator will maintain organization of the yard and equipment all while providing support to shop operations. This position is Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading of rental equipment
• Status verification of equipment on the yard
• Stage equipment for delivery
• Stage equipment for maintenance and repair activity
• Ability to diagnose and repair small tools.
• Review reservation reports to ensure the correct equipment is ready to rent
• Wash and light maintenance of equipment, function checks of equipment prior to the next rental
• Equipment quality inspections
• Maintain organization on the yard
• Ability to deal with customers as required
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Results orientated, process and problem-solving skills
• Team player with initiative and a positive attitude
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Capable of driving equipment
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Yard or other operational experience at an equipment rental yard
• Construction related experience
• Technical degree related to equipment maintenance is a plus

Educational Background

High school or GED required

• Valid Driver\'s license with clean driving record
