Job Description

The Yard Labourer (Facility Assistant) is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the site on a day-to-day basis for Koch Fuel Products. They will be required to complete all necessary documentation to comply with Koch Fuel Products Safety standards. They will need to have strong time management skills to ensure all daily responsibilities are completed.

Customer Service & Sales

Represent the internal and external image of Koch Fuels in the Three Hills & Area locations. Provide excellent customer service at the front desk, outside, or over the phone. Use computer systems for sales, invoicing, inventory, and communication.
Deliveries & Support

Safely deliver packaged products, drums, and equipment in accordance with Koch Fuel standards. Perform drum deliveries in Three Hills and surrounding local areas. Load and unload trucks as required. Operate skid steer for yard and loading tasks. Move and handle drums using safe lifting methods and mechanical aids.
Site & Facility Maintenance

Maintain and clean the Three Hills Bulk Plant daily, following Koch Fuel policies and procedures. Clean and maintain fuel pumps, cardlock systems, and site offices. Perform daily, weekly, and monthly inspections of cardlock and equipment Adjust to daily site needs (e.g., snow removal, yard cleaning, minor maintenance). Maintain equipment and follow direction from the Site Manager. Uphold image standards as set by the Safety Manager.
General Responsibilities

Receive and follow oral or written orders from the Site Manager. Open and/or close the store in a timely manner.

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
